Quick fixes
Seven reasons the entry is refused
By the end you will know which of the seven causes blocked your entry.
Pay by card or PayID instead
After you pay with Skrill or Neteller, the entry is refused: those wallets sit outside the welcome codes. Fund the account by card or PayID instead.
Close the running bonus first
Minutes after an earlier bonus lands, a second entry is refused: one active offer blocks the next. Finish that deal, then type the entry again.
Check the minimum before paying
At the cashier, a deposit under the minimum is refused and the entry never attaches. Check the figure on the card and send at least A$15.
Waiting on document review
Before verification, an unverified account can hold the entry back: identity, address and payment proof must be on file, and review can take 53 hours.
Is this code for new players?
On an older account, a new-player code is refused, and the reverse holds; check the audience on each card and claim only what matches your status.
Did a space sneak in?
Within the code field, one extra space or a lower-case letter kills the match; retype it exactly as the card prints it, capitals and all.
Nothing works after several tries
When every fix above fails, message live chat with the entry, the deposit time and the amount; support answers round the clock.
Three codes, six numbers
Read the small print before you claim
Most players worry a bonus will lock their own money; these terms settle it.
110WELCOME — 110% up to A$1,750 + 253 free spins
110WELCOME pays 110% up to A$1,750 plus 253 spins, but wagering is 31x the bonus and a win counts only after 21 days.
50ORBITGIFT gives 50 free spins worth A$0.20 each on Aloha! Cluster Pays, with winnings wagering 50x and A$100 the most you can cash out. It expires after one day. → Free Spins

Three traps, four good calls
Keeping your bonus out of trouble
Two minutes here saves a whole bonus from being wiped out at the cashier.
Code after, bonus lost
Enter the code at registration or in the cashier first; a code typed after the deposit is refused, because the welcome code is tied to that first payment.
Type the code before you confirm the payment
Paste it from the code card
Keeping the maximum bet
One bet above A$8 during wagering breaks the maximum bet rule, and the whole bonus and its winnings are removed without a refund.
Set the stake to A$8 or below
Check the stake after every spin
Sticky bonus, winnings only
Sticky bonuses stay in the account after wagering, so the A$1,750 cap itself never leaves; only what you win with it can be withdrawn.
Plan withdrawals from winnings only
Withdraw before the bonus expires
Control that outlasts any bonus
Once the spins are gone, nothing in the terms asks you to keep going: deposit limits, loss limits and a cooling-off period sit in your account, and Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and the National Self-Exclusion Register are there for the days a session runs long.
Self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes your account for a set stretch, blocking deposits and play until the period ends.
Deposit limits. Deposit limits cap what you pay in each day or week, fixed in advance rather than mid-session.
Cooling-off periods. A cooling-off period locks you out for the hours or days you choose, a pause before a run gets expensive.
Binobet Casino code steps
Code entered, bonus on its way
Binobet Casino keeps every step on one screen, from the code card to the cashier.
Trial spins or first deposit
Match the offer to your plans: no deposit spins for a trial, 110WELCOME for a first payment, or the Friday code if you already play here.
Matching your document
Fill in the registration form with the name and address printed on your identity document, since verification later compares both.
No spaces in the field
Paste the code with no spaces into the code field whenever the form or cashier shows one, and confirm it took before moving on.
Deposit clears the minimum
Pay in at least the minimum for that code, A$15 for the first two welcome codes, using a card or wallet rather than Skrill or Neteller.
Credit before, not after
Open the balance screen and wait for the bonus or spins to show before spinning; anything missing belongs to live chat, not to a new deposit.
How long have I got?
Track the wagering total against the 31x target and finish it inside 21 days, because the bonus and its winnings vanish at the deadline.
Five answers on codes
Which code fits my account right now?
Useful the moment a code box waits on screen and you are unsure what to type.
trustWhy does the code box fail on my phone?+
Typing the code happens in the same field on a phone browser as on a laptop, since the cashier page shrinks to the screen. Copy the code rather than retyping it, because a stray capital or space is the usual reason a box refuses the entry. Both 110WELCOME and 50ORBITGIFT belong at registration, so open that form in the browser and skip any app download until the account exists.
trustWhere do I put 80COSMIC after signing up?+
Your first code goes into the registration form, and any later one goes into the cashier. Open the cashier, pick the deposit tab, then paste 80COSMIC or 35ROYAL into the promo field before you confirm the amount. A code entered after the payment clears cannot be attached to that deposit.
trustWhat happens when I request a payout on bonus winnings?+
Cash from a bonus leaves only once the wagering is done, so a 110WELCOME deposit of A$20 builds A$22 of bonus into A$682 of turnover at 31x. At 96% return on the slots that turnover costs roughly A$27 on average, and the balance turns into withdrawable money when the target clears. Verification documents also have to be with the team first.
trustWhere does Binobet Casino hold its gambling licence?+
The licence sits with the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority under ALSI-765322, held by Binobet Casino LLC. That registration is offshore rather than Australian, so the terms you accept are the ones on this site. Support answers licence questions through live chat, email and phone at any hour.
trustCan I use two codes on one deposit?+
One code per deposit, so stacking 65HOT onto a welcome code in the same cashier session will not pass. Your welcome package runs in order across three separate deposits, and each one takes its own code. Finish the wagering on one bonus before claiming the next, since a running bonus blocks a second credit.
